So I went out and played around with car a little and I think I can explain whats going on better. When I get on it from a dead stop I am getting full boost. Then when the car shifts boost drops then is back at full at about 4700 rpm

still sounds like torque management.

Is that something the PCM is doing?

yes. it limits power on shifts. you need to get that tuned out to avoid it.

I got the DHP PCM, from what I was told should fix that right?
