• The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

subframe bushings

Getting a bad clunk on accelerating from a stop and when shifting into reverse and drive. Replaced sway bar end links, trans mount and mount bracket (was rusted to hell), and control arm. Suppose i should check the motor mount, but the trans mount didn't look bad when I took it out. I can't see any other visible problems. I've read around and some people have said subframe bushing could be the culprit for clunks and knocking. Others have said these rarely go bad. My question is, if I were to replace them, are all four the same?

I see on rockauto they have this set: http://www.rockauto.com/catalog/moreinfo.php?pk=1534260&cc=1429691&jnid=478&jpid=0

Do those parts 'assemble' to create one bushing? Would I then need to buy four? Or are they not all the same (ie different ones in front vs back).

pop the hood and watch the engine as you shift it in and out of gear, it should not be moving very much, so if it jerks more then a inch or two the motor mount or the dog bone bushings could be shot.
