TL #s won't help much, without knowing how they metered (sealed or outlaw), EVERY mod done to the car, where everything was (opening and closing a glovebox sometimes makes big differences, as well as many other stupid things), and quite a few other variables. Not to mention what frequency your burp was at, power used, nominal ohm load, ohm load after rise, etc. etc. etc. Long story short... mess with it. New enclosure, new locations, etc. etc. etc. By your request of TL numbers, I'm assuming you're acquainted competitions somewhat, and are more than aware of what I've stated here...
That being said, in an 04+ I'd either be running 2 15s or a single 18 myself.
