Stuttering problem under heavy boost

Have read many posts on here about this and have not found one yet that anyone has said they found there problem and what it was... but heres mine.
Car- 02 grand prix gtp
K&n open filter no resonator borla mufflers i bought the car like this ran great for coulpe weeks..
I have now ran into this stuttering prob.. replaced plugs and fuel filter no clue what else to do...
I ran the car hard tonight and the ses started flashing so i plug my code reader in and had misfire cylinder 1. but the light didnt stay on..
The Plugs that came out looked fine so dont think i have an internal prob.
NEED HELP..
 


flashing SES light is a true misfire. those are bad.

kind of need more information on what is going on before i can say what might be wrong.
 
The car runs and drives fine until i give it half throttle and its in boost... then its sputtering and cuttin in and out.. :th_scratchhead:
 
What size of pulley is on the supercharger? Sometimes previous owners just leave a smaller pulley on the car and sell everything else you need to run that small of pulley. If your running too much boost under higher rpms it will stutter and misfire from all the knock and pulled timing.

What plugs and gap are you using? Doublecheck the wires and switch the coil packs around to see if your still getting the misfire on that cylinder to rule that out.
