well first you need to read the MOD thread... That will tell you all you need to know...:th_laugh-pointup:

Boost being... nos or what haha and yes bluegtp91 i have read the link it is really helping on where i need to start and it looks like i will be smashing hondas sooner than i thought :)

I saw a dyno test of these somewhere... The turbo is already out of breath before 5k rpm. It's a fast-response, daily-driver tiny turbo. A bigger turbo, a couple flow mods, and a tune would net 400+ easy.

Here it is.

But why are we back to the late 80's TPI 4500 RPM days? ****'s dumb if you ask me. LNF was fine, why change it? It can't possibly be cost effective to develop 4 new ecotec variants instead of modifying the current ones to meet CAFE standards... Oh, GM.

Yes, it's a small turbo that is tuned to run on 91 octane. It is tuned for most Buick drivers out there, the mainstream people. IIRC that turbo is only good until around 4200 or so.

Now, upgrades as mentioned above would def. help it breath. Then dyno tune it and go out and have fun. Heck, maybe someone will develop a twin-turbo setup for it :th_king-evil:
