Why? its my car, my life, and technically, my roads(paying taxes) It wasnt like we were doing 110 through the city, we were MAYBE doing 45-50, and we were on the outskirts of town. not to mention it wasnt even an 1/8 mile race!!!! I dont see why people gotta bash on other peoples things. I mean he has a quick car from the looks of it, and your gunna sit back and tell me he never races???? i dont think so! I think its part of being a guy, we dont want to get shown up , especially by ricers, so we do what we have to to win!

wow... alright, quit being self centered for a second and think about what you just wrote. number one, not your roads. EVERYBODY pays taxes. so you can go claim your six inches if you want, but if you're gonna be like that, you can stay off mine. second, yeah, he built it to race. on the track, where it's supposed to be. beating somebody on the track is just like beating somebody on the street, only it's legal and more people see it. and lastly, yeah it's your life. but what if like a 3 year old gets away from his mom and runs out into a crosswalk or just trips and falls over the curb? you're doing 20 or 30 over and can't stop, and then you have the death of a child on your conscience, not to mention your tires. it's not a video game, you can't undo that. making fun of ricers is one thing, people dying due to other people being irresponsible is another. hopefully you'll think twice next time
ok, yes i will agree with you about the roads. I ws just venting. and i totally agree with your points, the thing i dont agree about, is that there was no chance of anybody running in front of mean. when i say outside the city, i mean like cornfields, open space, etc. and we werent doin 20 or 30 over the speed limit, the speed limit was 50 and we were doing maybe 45-50. my question to you is why you dont go and bash everybody elses street racing stories?? i wouldnt even call this a street race, by the time i hit 2nd gear, he was way behind me, its not like i even broke the speed limit. and if i did it was only by 1 or 2 mph. I totally agree with almost everything you said, i mean i definatly think about that sh!t before i did it. I have nothing against anybody in here, i just think maybe people should get the facts b4 pointing fingers!! Im not trying to be an a$$hole, just prove a point.

i don't go and tell everybody else off because that's basically what this part of the forums for. street races happen weather people like it or not. i don't have any kill stories up here for a few reasons, me knowing that it isn't the smartest thing ever is one of them. if you're going to race, do it somewhat responsibly because there's nothing that anybody not in a black gown can say to stop you. the only thing that made me mad was the "it's my life" part. pretty arrogant.
and like i told you i was just venting! thats what the forum is for. So chillax and let me learn for myself...sooner or later itll catch up to me

My car gets run at the track where it belongs or not at all, and thats a rare occurrence in itself. Usually it spends it's time sitting in the garage or the shop collecting dust like it is right now. Anyone else that has a vehicle worth wasting my time on around here does the same.
