so im changing my spark plugs and i got 5 of them no problem what so ever... but 3 of them o my god!! wont come out. so when i was unscrewing them they would get loose but then it hits like a patch of rust or something and then it just tightens up and wont move. and its the front 2 corner ones and the back far right corner driver side.. any advice???? :th_scratchhead:

back it out till it stops, spray some lube at the threads, then turn it back in and out, working it in and out till it comes out, or the threads may rip out of the head.

On the topic of spark plugs, what plugs will work best for my 3.8 series II N/A engine? I know there are posts about this, which I have read, but they say "stock" plugs as far as I know. Well mine have been replaced with what I believe are cheap plugs at a corner service center, so I'm not sure what I should look for. Will replacing then with the recommended plugs get me more power/efficiency? I'm not very impressed with mine compared to our impala with the 3.8 with original plugs at 109k miles.
Also I tried to pull my plug wire boots off the plug to get a look, but the metal clip in the boot tore off...Never ended up being able to see what was in it, didn't care much after the spark plug wire failure.
