Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

this is my newer/better setup. i still need to close off the flashing a little better, but its better with this design than it was before.

Looks good, before you paint the PVC, scuff it , if not the paint will flake off over time.

For the flashing, how big are your gaps?

I did this on an 89 beretta gt, i actually made a small wood frame for the flashing to fender connection, used sheet metal screws for the securement of the assembly to the fenderwell and just used roofing sealant for the flashing to wood connection. only 5 screws to change/charge the filter.

Wonder if it will void the warranty on my 07.

yeah, i did, don't worry, not my first time painting...

i'm sure it voided my warranty, but i have all of the stock pieces so that i could put it back to the stock airbox if i want...they would never be able to prove anything i'm sure.

my gap is about 1/2" at the top. i think i might be able to bend the flashing to the metal enough to screw it down. i will try sheet metal screws i guess.

Personaly i wouldnt worry about a 1/2 gap. Do you really wanna screw into your fender. I think u dont wanna do that. just leave it alone. LOOKS good. I was trying to put my intake where u did, but since i have a GXP it didnt fit like i wanted it to with the coolant resivor there.

Here are some more pics. Finished for the moment. U can see where i notched the flashing to clear the over flow line to the coolant bottle. Also i ONLY TEMP mounted the comptuers. If i cant get a better mounting spot for the computers im gonna do somethign else for the intake. Also im gonna put header wrap on the exhast crossover tommorow.

Any sujestion would help.

Ya i hate all the damn zip ties. Gonna work on it today and see what i come up with. I'll post up more picks for anything i change. Thanks for the idea. about velcrow

i thought you were saying mine looked like ****, and i used clear zip ties...i was like, 'how can you tell it's even zip-tied'...i could even cut the ends off to make it look cleaner, but i'm really the only one that looks under my hood :)

Yours looks alot cleaner than mine. It nice for performance they made a serate TCM but with the Coolant bottel there it makes it harder to mount two computers.

Well there is a way to do it but it cost more. And im on a CHEAP ASS budget lol.

Here are some more pics

looks good, how did you mount it to the coolant tank?

Several pieces of velcro and one zip tie wraped around the coolant bottle and ecm. Just incase velcro doesnt work.i was thinking maybe i could put factor box back in. Just cut the front off the box so the computers sit in there factory location.might have to do some adjusting to the flashing but that is easy enough. That suff cuts like butter.

Couple videos of how it sounds on my youtube.
