Stuck in park

So i come out of the store one day and try to leave and im not able to shif out of park, when i try i hear a clicking under the dash, iv heard something like the shift lock solenoid? if thats it how do i go about fixing it like where is is it located exactly

I've had the same problem for almost two years now.. I just use the shift lock override to the right of the shifter to shift out of park.. Too lazy to fix I guess..

You should really get your transmission looked at. Could be damaged.
