Stuck Drivers Window. How To Fix?

My window got stuck down one time and wouldn't go back up. I worked it closed for a half hour and it has stayed like that for a few months. It wont power down and is completely stuck. I can hear it try to go down but it can't. Im sick of getting drive thru food thru my sunroof!! :th_laugh-lol3:

I can purchase a motor and regulator on craigslist for 60.
Is this the part that i need to get most likely?
How hard would it be to replace by myself?

Yeah that is what you need to replace. I have not had to do one in a gp yet.

once you are logged in it is on the top right of the home page. Says GM service manual.
