Struts keep busting!!! Why?!?!!?

hey guys havent posted in a while but im ticked off right now cuz my left strut just busted again, this is about the 6th time that one of two struts has gone, and it seems that each time they alternate sides, as if to say "oh right strut u busted last time so let me break this time =]" i've had it with this problem, at first we kept replacing the struts but that was not the problem, the last time this happened we replaced the springs and that worked for a few months up until now, we thought the springs were the final soloutin.WRONG! now my strut is sticking up and scraping against my GTX hood and scratching it up and what not, every lil bump i cant take my eyes off the hood lol, please if you guys have had a similar problem to this one or have any ideas of what it could be gimme some suggestions on what the problem may be! PLEASE!
 


Just throwing ideas...Did you get new strut mounts, seats, upper insulators? Springs seated properly? What kind of struts and springs do you have?
 
Yeah, I would say your mounts are bad. If you havent replaced them before, well I guess that means this lesson was costly. If you have replaced them before then all I can say is get the KYB mounts and STOP DOING THE "DUKES OF HAZARD JUMPS!!" HAHA

If the strut is hitting the hood that means that the mount has failed. Which means you actully have no struts working. Mine did the same thing before i replaced them
