I found a bunch of welders and body shop guys on craigslist actually and just dropped my car off at this guy's shop this morning. He is charging me $350, another body shop quoted me $300 for both.
Anyways, the guy who is fixing it restores cars and does a bunch of smaller jobs on cars as well. Both him and the body shop owner told me the structural integrity was still there, and it looked just like your pictures. They said the main problem is just that it is rotting and will continue to get worse and water will get in there. I will post before/after pictures when I get it back.
