I have a 02 se, and since the rear end is sagging I have to get new struts. Are there any I could get that would lower the car an inch but not be adjustable? I have replaced head gaskets and taken most of the engine apart and put it back together but I don't know much about suspension. Any advice is appreciated.

Struts don't lower the car. You need lowering springs to lower it. The sagging rear end is the common sagging springs. You can get intrigue springs to raise the car back up and avoind the sagging rear.
