Stripped Turn Signal Cover Screw

This might be an easy fix but I guess I'm not that mechanically inclined and Firestone wants to charge $100 to fix it.

The issue on my '04 Grand Prix GT...
My Driver side front turn signal is out, which is usually a very easy fix but the screw holding the cover on (the circle one near the bottom) is stripped. [side rant, I've never opened that cover in 75k miles and I got the car when it had 8k]

Since that screw is rather small, I haven't been able to find an extractor that looks small enough. And since the screw is recessed, I can't get a dremmel in there to notch a new slot. Any thoughts on how else I could proceed?

Go up to sears, they have some screw extractors. I think they are like 50 dollars for a set. like 6-7 of them :( but atleast you will have the tool next time you goof.
