Street Performance Throttle Body Spacer?

Please give your opinion on a throttle body spacer good or bad?

Yea I read somewhere that those actually hurt performance. They direct air away from certain cyl. or something.

I had/have one.I didnt notice anything really but i swear when i took it off my throttle response seemed to dropped just a bit.But still nothin to gain it is pretty though.

If it doesnt aid in the motor flowing more air, it wont do anything.

I used a TB spacer on my previous GTP and the only good that came of it was being able to add a shark nozzle to spray nitrous.
