In Sept. 08 I bought a 99 GTP in beautiful condition 
I want to add remote start, as its about the only feature the car doesn't have. I have an Intelliguard8000 security system in the car. Did this come stock?? It seems like a pretty crazy system for GM to throw in a car. I can't find any info anywhere...I've got a complete maintenance folder on the car (I bought from the original owner) and it has nothing in it about adding a new security system.
Second, the manufacturer of the Intelliguard8000 system (Clifford) says I have to have the Intellistart4 Remote Start system, as it has to be integrated with my alarm. Intellistart is $$EXPENSIVE$$....anyone know of another system that could work with this?
