Stock Security System freaked out on me...

Ok so the other day while i was on a break from school I went to the gas station to get something to drink. My car locked itself before I got out..... ok... Must've hit the button on the fob on accident.... When I get out I unlock the car, get in, try to start the car and the security system goes off and the car won't start.... i hit the panic button which turned it off then tried a few more times and the same thing happened. Then I finally got it started, drove down the road, shut off the car, went to get out and it went off again wtf??? My security light has been flashing ever since I got the car but i didn't think anything of it till now. Anyone have any clue what I could do to keep this from happening again, or how to fix it???
 


Kinda stumped on that on. Just a word of advise though, if you start your car to let it warm up, don't shut the door all the way or have a spare key with you. My bros friend did that on time and his oem alarm malfunction and locked him out of his car. He only ran into the store for a minute. He had to end up calling a locksmith to get him back in.
I'll do some research and see what I can find. I'm thinking something in the brainbox though, so you might want to go ahead and price that at the dealer.
 
O yeah I always keep a spare key in my wallet i locked myself out of too many vehicles when I was younger lol. Thanks for helping tho cuz i had no clue where to even start
 
At work when I let the car warm up, I take the ignition key off and leave that in the car. I keep the fob on me just in case :)

i told my bf to ask his boss what to do about it cuz he works at a gm dealer but they're not on the best terms right now lol. SO i think i might call another dealer and ask what they think..
 
When i was 16 i used to wash cars by hand at a repair shop and had the car lock itself. Three or four mechanics tried getting it unlocked with no luck. Which models/trim have this feature?
