Stock boost psi on a 98 GS???

I bought a 98 Regal GS for $400. It had a lite crunch in the front. Sweet deal though. Anyways, I can only get about 3psi of boost on the gauge. What is the stock boost for an L67? I have another 98 GS but I have a 3.4 on it and I get 10psi. I don't remember what it was with the stock pulley. I've checked and replaced all of the vacuum lines already. The car has 177,000 miles on it. Could the supercharger be worn out or is there something else wrong with it? I'm totally lost. Please help. Thanks
 


Unplug it (your BBV Solenoid, not the valve) and see if you get full boost. But turn your traction control off to avoid going boom.
You should be between 6-8psi depending on weather. When it's REALLY cold you could see 10+ for a second.
