Whats going on everyone im new to the site, had some questions on my car and my buddy told me to join a forum thats related to my car. One of two things, I want to hardwire my ipod into my stock stereo, which is the monsoon six disc unit, I already have a cd/aux button on my stereo so I know its possible to do but i dont know what products to buy or how to install it myself. Also I currently own a pair of subs from my old car and wish to transfer them to my 2004 grandprix gt2. If I can get an explanation on both the installation for my ipod and subs and the products I should buy to do so I would greatly appreciate it. I'd rather do it myself instead of paying hundreds of dollars to have someone else to do plus it makes me learn the in's and outs of my car, which Ive only owned for about 4 months.

i can help with the second part.
get a typical amp kit then look on your amp and see if it has a built in high level in, if it does, steal the signal from your rear speakers and use that, if they dont, buy a LOC and do the same for the signal.
For routing the power wire theres a grommet in the firewall near the top of the carpet in the front passenger footwell.
Cant help with the specifics of getting to it since i dont own a 7th gen.
