Steering wheel controls

The buttons on my steering wheel controls are in pretty rough shape cuz the paint is chipped. Is there anyway to replace the buttons and if so where can I get replacements

Im not 100% sure but I think you need to replace the steering wheel.

Nah, you can take them out of the wheel and I'm sure amazon or some place has replacements boxes for your car. I took them out of my '98 so I could replace the burned out lights behind the buttons.

You don't have to, because they have replacement boards for the controls for when the buttons get worn out.

I hit the junkyard and get a nice looking set. They pull out. Then unhook with one connector each. 5 minute swap.
