steering wheel control wiring diagram?

I'm trying to find a wiring diagram/schematic for the 04+ steering wheel controls. It seems my PAC-SWI JACK isn't getting a signal and now my stock radio isn't either. What kind of signal/voltage does the 24pin connector's pin A7/blue wire send? Is there a way to check that the signal is getting sent with a multimeter? Any help would be appreciated.
 


sorry this is not any help but what wires are you supposed to use. i am trying to use one for my carputer and i don't knwo what 2 wires to use.
