static in driver rear speaker only when DRLs on!

I recently had new rear 6x9s installed at a shop and right after the install i realized i was getting significant static in the rear speaker(s) think its only one speaker. Anyway, I later realized at night that the static wasn't there or very minimal meaning im only getting the static (buzzing not alt whine) with the DRL in the daytime. I also hear the static when turn on the engine and only when radio is turned on.

I do have switchbacks installed in the turn signals (DRL) spot with a resistor wired to stop the hyper flash could that affect it? I have no idea why it works WITH the headlights on (10k hids). weird huh.

i am going back to the shop tomorrow for them to trouble shoot it but have a feeling they won't be able to do much.
If they can't fix i will end up pulling the HU and checking stuff any ideas what it could be maybe a ground loop somewhere?
didn't have that bad static before at all.

no one has ever had this before with the headlights??

Either way I am going back to the shop and they are going to bypass the monsoon amp (hooking new rears directly to HU i think) and this should get rid of the static in the rear speakers. They said static was because of monsoon amp. They are re wiring everything free of charge since their other location was dis honest and wanted to charge more for an amp bypass :th_shakinghead2:
