Starter replaced, still not starting sporadically

Hey all,
Another afternoon of frustration. Replaced my starter yesterday at it fired up fine. Went to the convenience store and now my same symptoms are back. All dash lights on, headlights don't dim, and car just doesn't turn over. Please let me know if you have any suggestions. I have replaced the battery and starter and fuel pump.

Check all grounds and major power wires to the body and starter.

The negative battery cable was recently replaced at the advice of a mechanic.. Anything else wire wise you would suggest checking?

Ground by the lim and icm and the ground on the trans.

Sorry, am a bit of a noob. Should I just check the connections and conductivity?

Not sure I would even know where to look...
