staring issue

I have a question what can be the cause of my car not starting up right away by the second time it will start

I'd start with cleaning the throttle body.

BTW.. maybe as your title suggests, the car doesn't like you staring at it..lol

if its n/a other then the dirty tb the fuel pressure regulator maybe bad. pull the vac line off it and see if it smells of gas. or if gas comes out the line.

im having the same problem but I just give it a little gas and it starts
