Stalls in Morning only.

In the morning my GT fires right up, then sputters and stalls right after it starts. When I crank it again it will fire right back up and act normal. Then for the rest of the day it acts fine. If I peddle the throttle in the morning, I can get it to not stall. No codes. 113k. Any ideas?
 


I took it out the other day and something looked like it was jammed in the spring. Im guessing this is bad. (??)

Also, how do I remove the tube over the throttle body? I want to clean the butterfly valve as well while Im in there with the IAC clean...
