Stalling Issue....Please help

Alright guys I have a 1999 gtp and heres the issue. The car has ran great since ive had it, its needed a few things but just maintenence stuff really. Anyway on my way to work yesterday my car started to stutter, and it got worse the closer I got to work, but I limped it there. Then on my lunch break I came out to try starting it. It fired right up and then died about 20 seconds later, then wouldnt restart. If you give it any gas at all it doesnt get any better. I replaced the fuel pump and fuel filter about this time last year. I pushed it down to a shop and walked back to work and they said it was the MAF sensor and possibly the TPS sensor. I originally thought the MAF was the culprit because it had a crack it the top of it. So I replaced the MAF and TPS sensors.....nothing. I took out the IAC valve and cleaned it....still nothing. I tried the fuel pump resistor bypass by bending tab 85...nothing. Heck, I even tried to do a security relearn. The car is getting too much fuel i think. The shop hooked up a fuel pressure regulator, they didnt tell me the psi, but they said "its getting too much gas." Ive check all my vacuum lines multiple times, cant find anything wrong. I have to figure out whats going on with it, Im running out of time and money. Any help is greatly appreciated.

The repair shop installed a new fuel regulator or checked the fuel pressure? Need more info. on what the shop did. A faulty fuel pressure regulator could be the cause. Any mods. done to the car? Check plugs, plug wires, battery and alternator. Could be a CAT issue as well.

They just checked the fuel pressure. The vacuum T was cracked so i replaced it, but while i had the vacuum line off, i started the car no gas came out so i assumed the regulator was okay. I dont know, im tired of replacing parts for no reason.

inspect your maf and tps wires, that lead to the plug for damage. like cracks or missing insulation. if you see bare wire at all you need a new pig tail.

bad wires to any sensor will throw the same code as a non working sensor. they tend to bake in the heat being right over the cross over.

my 98 had some crispy wires, i changed the plug with a new pig tail. no more maf code.

the car isnt throwing any codes other than an EVAP code, but ive had that for months and I believe that code is due to a crack in my filler neck because if i fill my car i leave a puddle of gas, but once i use some of the gas it doesnt leak anymore. Im stumped on this stalling issue

i cant keep it running long enough to check much of anything. If i get it started it will die in a matter of seconds and if i give it any throttle it will die as well.
