stalling at idle

Ok guys I'm pulling my hair out with this one Our GTP has this intermitting stalling issue. It only happens when at full operating temperature. Once you come to a stop the car stalls in drive. If you throw it in neutral it won't stall. Once it stalls it starts right back up. It only does this once in a while. Any ideas? HELP!!!

Car: 2000 GTP with 107k. 100% stock

try cleaning the TB, taking it off and cleaning it works best.

I'd shotgun a crank sensor in it aswell.
