squeeking noise in front end

for a couple weeks now i have been experiencing a squeeking noise in the front left side of my car but only while i am turning left. i have topped up the power steering fluid and that did not solve the problem. it seems to be worse at lower speeds but i can hear it while driving fast also. it doesn't need to be turned very much either just a slight bit to the left and that does it. i can feel a vibration in the steering wheel when it does it but the noise is the major problem that's bugging me. If anyone has any idea what is wrong i would greatly appreciate it. I just recently had the Iss replaced and it still continues to make the noise, the gm mechanic told me he had no idea what it was, and that i should just leave it, they tightened the steering rack and he said everything looks fine but i really wanna know what's doing it, i believe its the strut but i would like to know what people think before i spend money to change them

Does it make the noise only while actually turning the wheel, or also while the wheel is turned and kept there?

how your brakes look? the pads worn down to nothing? any squeaking when the brakes are applied?

it only does it while turning the wheel and the breaks are fine

feel fine? or look fine? 2 very different things. your brake pads have a metal tab on them, when the pads run low the tab hits the rotor, they will squeal with light braking. like when you head into a turn.
