squeaking sound?

i have a 1998 gtp and i seem to hear a squeaking sound. almost sounds like something is spinning? (hard to explain) i don't always here it, but it's there a lot. and my antifreeze always seems to be low. i refill it way to often and never seems to be full. i think the noise is whatever the antifreeze problem is. would that be a water pump? i don't want to replace that then that have nothing to do with my problem. im younger so i only mechanically know things i've dealt with before. thanks for any help.
 


well the squeak and missing coolant can be a bad water pump. is there wet spots near the pump? id say start the car and look under the hood and see if you see anything
 
ok... really weird. i havent heard the sound in a couple days, and now it seems to be holding the coolent? i didnt do anything except i keep adding fluid when i notice its gone. but last few times i looked it was holding it. my thinking is when i had to replace a hose a while back i never put in quiet enough coolent and thats what the noise/coolent missing was.... and im just guessing its finally at the right level? oh, and sorry about it being in the wrong spot. i'll try my best to not do it again :th_lipssealed2:
