Noticed today, I can hear a constant squeaking and clicking in the dash (driver's side) that stops sometimes when the climate control is adjusted. Pretty much just continuously makes noise while the car is running. I looked under the dash up towards the steering column and saw a little round plastic thing attached near the side of the vent ducts. The center of this thing is metal, and it moves like a screw -- a little to the left, a little to the right, and I think this is what is making the noises. What is it and is it something I can fix or replace? How would I get at it, its really deep up there.
