spyder gen 1 high beams

hi everyone,
i recently purchased a set of gen 1 spyder headlights w/hids. my issue is the high beams are terrible. i am wondering what bulb/wattage you guys suggest for a replacement... i have seen the ebay "100 watt" bulbs. not sure what else is out there...

The Spyders are terrible and offer worse headlight output than stock. Your best bet for replacement is to replace the whole housing.
 
eh, the gen 1s work great with the hids in them. i love em... just was looking for a better high beam answer. even though i probably wont ever use them...
 
ok, i get that most people dont like the spyder headlights. i do. lol... all i was asking is what are my options for a better high beam bulb. how high can the voltage get before wires start melting???
