sputtering in the upper rpms?

I was going full throttle today and it started to hesitate/sputter as i got towards full boost. Im wondering if a plug wire is loose since i did a plug change last week. Wondering if that could be the cause. It seems to me that its not getting the spark it needs but i dont know? Any help would be great. Not home at the moment so I cant check the wires or use my scan tool.
 


It was the #3 plug wire....the factory "boot" spring was twisted and didnt let the plug slip fully on to the plug. She runs smooth now!
