spoiler bolt stuck

i went to take my spoiler off today and i got all the bolts out except the top right corner and i tried getting it out but it just spins around,i tried taking pliersn ahold of it and spray lube but it wont come out.anybody got any ideas how to get it out???
 


I would try to wedge something under it to help pull while turning. But if theres an insert up in there..that might be spinning and things could get ugly to get it off.
