Speedometer misreading

Ok I noticed while on the interstate that I noticed my speedo said like 75 mph and gps said like 72,to go 55 I got to go almost 60,I tested with 2 phones and my garmin, all said the same thing, how can I get it to read right?

I wouldnt worry about it, 75 is already over the limit and I bet people are still passing you.

A GPS "can" be more on target for speed, but figure the car is over 12 years old and not as good of quality as a new car.
 
I know I was just wandering if it was fixable just trying to work the kinks out of the car, it does it at any speed, I had it at 55 and in reality was only going roughly 52,I'm going to see if a cop will radar me later just to see, I about know what to figure now

I know a I saw, but I had 4 different 225/60's before the tires I have now and they were all I swear different widths and such. Looked stupid.
 
Mine are all matching but old car or not if it's not the tires something is causing it

I'm sure I'm wrong but, you can probably open the cluster and move the needle if i you wanted it spot on. I know people have to do it for 04+ needles
 


To think of it sometimes when I start it the mph hand will jump to 75 mph or that area and go back down and rarely the rpm hand won't move until you peck it so it may be dieing

Ok my dad borrowed my gps and he said it was off about 2 mph or so in his truck and so mine may not be off
