Speedo & HUD don't match

My HUD is dead on, but my dash speedometer is showing 8mph more than my HUD, how can i get them to match?

also in my old 99gtp, to get my DRL to turn off all i did was pull the 10amp fuse outta the glove box, in my 2001 gtp i pulled that same fuse, and there is a clicking noise comming from my colume or dash by the gauges, and the dash lights wouldn't turn on. Any suggestions on how to DISABLE my DRL's without having these problems? thanks!

yea sorry i wasn't clear enough for you, any suggestions on how to disable my DRL, i put the fuse back in when i heard the clicking of course

Yes the panel that u see when you open your drivers door that's on the dash, remove it and you will see a heatsink( chunk of shiny metal) unplug the cliP to it. This will disable drls and you will still have moonlight I think it's called
 
Is the speedometer 8 mph high everywhere? If so the pointer on the gauge needs turned relative to the shaft. Had to adjust mine a couple times after I replace some dash lights.
