Special Edition Rims - Help!!

I keep blowing bead seals and valve stems on my car I have a '01 Special Edition. I am thinking that it has to be the rims, I have gone through 3 bead seals and about 8 valve stems. Anyone out there have any ideas besides new rims, I like to keep them they have "special edition" on the hub and it ties the car together.

bead seals.......not enough air in the tire when tire is installed to ''seat'' the bead/tire?


what do you mean by blowing a valve stem?
 
By "blowing" valve stems I meant that they went bad, or that was what the mechanics said. I have had a lot replaced as well my bead seals. How many PSI should they be installed at?
