Speakers on a Grand Prix

I own an 07 Grand Prix GT. My back speakers have blown out. I have looked into getting them replaced professionally, but its just too much money. Im looking to install the speakers myself with ease. I am looking to spend around 70 bucks for speakers that are easy to install. Any suggestions?
 




screw walmart speakers. best advice i can give anyone on a speaker setup is use crutchfield.com to research, then find the same ones on sonicelectronix.com to buy. (sonic is sometimes as much as half price)
 
if you buy them from crutchfield.com they give you a free installation guide. theyre really helpful for removing panels and such. i installed speakers on my 95 suburban this winter-piece of cake

I just did my 6x9s last weekend. I installed Kenwood’s, they are really nice but they ran me $110 locally. Installation is the exact opposite of easy, I just had to warn you Colon J Unless tearing out most of the back half of the interior of your car. Then taking a jigsaw to the speaker mounts to make the new speakers fit. Then re-assemble everything, and finish by splicing wires while laying in your trunk is easy. Well, maybe it was easy. lol ;)
The only easy way to do the rear speakers is have a buddy help you, who has actually done this on a GP before. Its not “hard“, just one of those things were if you haven’t done it before it is a head shaker.
Just to minimize the flame-age, I put some new speakers in the back of an old Accord I had, just had to pop out the old and plug in the new. No interior removal, no splicing new connections. EASY

I'm looking to remove my rear 6x9's in my 2000 grand prix gt, im ust curious if i have to tear out my whole back seat to get the rear tray cover out to gain access to the speakers. any help would be greatly appreciated.
 
Off topic and posted a million times but sure....

Remove the bottom section of the rear seat by pulling up on the tabs, remove the two 18 MM bolts and two 18 MM nuts then remove the rear seat, then remove the massive shroud on the rear deck, its held in by plastic xmas tree pins.

Then theres four bolts holding each speaker in.
