just curious as to what plugs you guys think i should be running with my setup?

rockers, IC, headers, and 3.1...

104s? 103s? TR6s? I currently have the TR7s but im thinking its overkill...

What do you have now? are you knocking with them? Run the hottest plug you can.

dont know the timing TBH and i dont have knock till i lean out... im getting misfires in #1 for some reason too

You can try some 103's

Just get 103s and gap em at .055"
