Go sell the car and see if it runs better if you can even do that because of engine swap or other stuff you have done.

Whatever you do, know that if you get MSD coils, they typically break down and start causing higher rpm misfires within a month to a year of being new. Stock or parts store cheap replacements will treat you better.
Wires.. TMK there is no way to tell which ZZP wires were bad. Honestly.. I wouldn't take the chance on them. Plus there's no benefit to them. The only time to use them is when you are highly modded and need extra insulation to jamb them under a snout or something.
For $20 go for it. But keep your stock coils.. The msd coils suck.
If that fails.. drive so slow your GF jokes about you driving slower than most grandfolk. LOL
