Spark plug wire question.

I was looking on Summit's website at some plug wires. I wanted some blue wires for a colour scheme I'm going for. When looking at plugs, the had one set that looked like stock, then this set, http://www.summitracing.com/parts/tay-72610 Which have "180 degree boots". Could anyone please explain what this means? The regular set is a dollar more in price than the set with "180 degree boots", and everything else seems to be the same. :th_scratchhead:

180* boots means they are straight. 90* boots would be at a right angle, etc... Link both sets you are comparing and someone can probably help choose the best set.

I'd suggest finding what you want elsewhere less confusing and shopping by part number.

The "regular" set is probably un-trimmed (universal) and is more expensive because you get slightly more wire. Maybe :th_winking:
As stated earlier we need a bit more info, and I never did like Summits site.

The two sets of plugs are: http://www.summitracing.com/parts/tay-72610 the 180's, and: http://www.summitracing.com/parts/tay-72606/overview/make/Pontiac . Now, thanks for explaining the 180 degree thing, I get it now. Funny thing is, BOTH these sets appear to be 180 degree??????
