spark plug wire help

Can I run copper core spark plug wires on my car or will it run like **** I was told it will it will mess wit the coil packs or somthing its a 97 Gtp if that matters and the plug wire are accell make your own

copper core plugs are good for these cars, but last 15k miles, but being so cheap it dont really matter.

O have accel copper core wires that's Wat the box says there 8 mm make your own the parts store said they would my buddie wit the evo said they won't

Just get stock replacement wires.

Well I wanted these cuz they were cheaper then stock they were 8 mm so I figured a lil bigger a lil better and the selling point they were red like my car

No.

Accel wires are no better than factory or lifetime warranty replacements...don't listen to your "Evo buddy"...totally different platform. If you want to talk copper plugs...

If your on a stock pulley...AL606's.

3.5 or 3.6"...I'd run AL605's...

3.25-3.4" setup...104's

Anything 3.2" and lower...103's...

The key here is you want the hottest spark possible you can get away with...not the coldest. Plugs too cold for the application will only net you misfires, crappy performance, and bad MPG's.

Why is nobody listening to the kid. He is talking about WIRES!!!! Just run the stock replacements. You'll have less problems with them down the road

I understood the post, I was giving extra information.

Lifetime wires.

Like I said.

Accel's are junk and the 1mm larger wire won't make ANY difference.
