Some lifters aren't seated any idea any suggestions

oiled the lifters and dropped each one in and I noticed that some of them aren't seated maybe 2 at the most but I wanted know if I just move the balancer will that help seat them back in the process of putting everything back together and torauing the rockers and just want to make sure eveeything is fine thanks!

Not sure what you mean by not seated. Some of them may stick up a little further because they're on the lobes of the cam.

This! Rotate the crank and you'll see them open and close.

take em out and grind em with a bench grinder till they are the same height as the rest
