Turns out Rockauto.com has some AC Delco supercharger LIM new in box for like $115?ish. I was surprised as I saw three guys selling lowers for like $175 each?!?

I know I wont pay a dime for one as the FREEEEEEEE 05 GTP I got has one on it already, albeit a blown up lower end.
So as I was researching rebuild parts for the bottom end I was also looking at working the L26 NA bottom end possibility even though I found an 05 SC engine in Ohio for $450, just the drive that would kill a day.
 
If the lim is ported, IC area cut out and coolant ports plugged, lower coolant passage ported etc etc maybe pay that much. Maybe. Because zzp charges a **** ton for a ported LIM
 


I paid $325 plus shipping for my LIM from ZZP smh.... Oh yea and a core charge which I came up with one because they want a core or $100. I never understood that they claim well we need the core to port more and your getting a LIM I'm like yea and paying for it....

I paid $400 for their Northstar install kit/LQ4 is new but still and a N* throttle body that I had to clean it was dirtier then my old one I've seen the kits on here for like $150 smh. Never again I learned my lesson with ZZP.

I bought my N* kit brand new too. I also bought my ported / modified lim with the pcv provisions from zzp.
Could you find these things on the forums now for cheap ? Yup. back when I was buying things - not so much.
Lots of members moving to other platforms and parts becoming cheaper and cheaper from junkyards, now
Is the time to build a cheap 3800

My LIM was $125 extra because of the injector bungs but still wasn't cheap lol. What's the pcv provisions from zzp?

Is it bad that my LIM is like that and I don't have a intercooler? Just looked at the website it doesn't say much at all anymore.

2003 SSEi had a ton of mafs or N*'s ...maybe it was both. Check for sale if anyone needs stuff. There's no need to pay zzp prices if you do a little homework
