last summer me and the boss were driving down the road him in a solstice and me following in his truck when all the sudden a zo6 vette goes flying past us going probably 90-100 and then slowes down looking at the solstice and then kept speeding up and slowing down for probably 5 miles so my boss down shifted to hit 60 in the solstice and the guy in the vette did the same thing suddeny the vette took of so my boss shifted to 3rd spun the tires and flew past the vette before he had a chance to hit 4th gear.
the best part is when my boss slowed down and the vette caught up the driver fliped him off and the passenger of the vette looked like she was laughing her ass offROFLMAO i wish i could have seen this but the truck would only do 80
almost forgot the solstice is slightly modified
 




maybe i lied at the time it had a 427 with a harrop supercharger and tremic t56 trans. now it only has a 427 n/a making 630+ at the flywheel

427 n/a making 630+? come on. The 427 n/a LS7 is 505 HP 464 RWHP. Wheres the extra 160+ HP coming from?

I don't doubt the Solstice pulled the vette because it was supercharged LS7 on a lighter car vs a regular LS7, im just questioning the HP numbers. He would need to have more done to the car to make the extra hp
 
stock ls7 505-530 at the flywheel. yes they vary that much trust me.
ours was built to stock specs except using mahle pistons to get a better cr, a custom ground cam and custom tune making 630 at the flywheel
 


May be possible depending on the cam and bolt ons. Seen ls1 fbodies dyno 440 to the wheels with extreme H/C/I's

its believable... that solstice is mean.
 
warbeaver my 427 is running right around 780 hp all engine. of course it has 14:1 compressiom but either way the hp is all in how you build it.
