last night me and vodka was gettin along real good until i gave it away. about an hour later i get pulled over blew a .02 and im only 17 the cop said he wouyld only give me minor consuption if my freind told them i got the drink up town in a bottle of coke. now she dnt wanna tell them that she is afarid she will get in trouble now it looks like im gettin dui
 


I'm sorry, but I can't really feel sorry for you. I mean, drinking under age is bad enough. Then drinking and driving? Sorry to sound like a cheesy poster, but one of my best friends was killed by a drunk driver our freshman year in college.

Not saying I wish ill on you, but we have consequences for these things for a reason. It has to stop sooner or later.

Im going to try and be nice about this.For one u shouldnt be drinking never mind drinking and driving...maybe a dui and license suspension will do u some good...and ur parents take ur car.Just to make a point if u were dui and got into a car accident involving my family and killed or hurt them...i would put a bullet in ur head on the court house steps.Whatever happens take this as a lesson learned...if ur gonna drink do it somewhere that u dont have to drive afterwards.Is it really worth killing urself or someone and going to jail for 30 yrs because u wanted to drive drunk?I think not!
 
no its not when i was drinkin i was in the country no one with me i was just tryin to clear my head about my ex we just broke up last night. but off the subject the backseat of a cop car is actully nice aleast the one i rode in was

Your a dumb ass.

You should get slapped with every charge the Officer can think of.

DUI and UA at the minimum. Then tack on smaller charges for every other minor offense you commit after that. I know I would if it was me.
 
well not to stick up for him but i hope u dont get a dui and u learn ur lesson just from this lil incedent
 
yea we all do dumb stuff at his age ...just hope this is a lesson learned...not bragging...but i did 2 years in state prison for doin dumb sh!t as a teenager...hope u dont take same route cuz its not somewhere u wanna be trust me!
 


Hope you don't get the charges either. But, if you do, can't blame the cop for doing it. Been ther and done that. Now when I think back on it, I realize how stupid I was for it. I hope this is a lesson learned for you no matter the outcome. I'll do one better for ya. If you ever get in a situation like that again, I'll PM you my number so you can call me and I'll talk with you no matter how long if it will keep you from behind the wheel. Hell, even if you haven't been drinking and you are driving with all that on your mind can be just as bad. Your not concentrating on your driving. Seriously bro, call me if you need to talk.

I hope it works out for you too, isn't the legal limit .18 or .018? I forget lol. Personally I would have probably ate me keys and tell him my car was KITT from Knight Rider.

Lol being serious though, I hope it works out but you really got learn your lesson, I'm only 17 too and it took me a while too but it's good in the end, trust me.

it doesnt matter in south carolina...if an underage person has blows anything on a breathalizer its a dui.

Actually your rights I was thinking about something else, but yeah idk what to say to you, my driving problems seem like speckles to your problem.
 
id be more afraid of explaining to my parents about being arrested than the cop....i did a dumb thing at 18....84mph in a 40mph zone i learned real fast not to speed like a moron. granted you are young you will do dumb things, i now at 23 look back and see i didn't let those dumb things get worse as i got older. good luck man hopefully it works out for you
