I agree, give that "boy" what he;s asking for! I would take em to court for getting me fired for such a petty thing. How does "boy" relate to being racist?
 


That's just stupid. Maybe whe would've prefered to be called girl instead of boy? For someone like me who english isn't my first language, it's just BS.
 
This world is a crooked place, I've been screwed over for lots of stuff in the past and no one seems to care. I'm sorry to hear what happened but sometimes you just need to let stuff go because you might just get into more trouble by trying to deal with it.
 
yeah, its a crooked world. This isn't being racist, but theres a big portion of black people that are just flat-out lazy. They will look for the easier, quickest way to make a buck, and this is a way to do it if they have a good enough lawyer. Most of the time, it just ends up with people losing their jobs. Still crappy though. I just hate how people always think they are being treated unfair or unequal..... I loved it when Bill Cosby said, " if you don't want white folks to look at you different, pull your damn pants up and learn to dress yourself"

And if I may share, some customer at work (looks like biggy smalls with a mustache) got a "settlement" for $90,000 and spent it ALL in less than 2 months. Goes and buys a $45,000 truck, puts $15,000 worth of audio equipment/rims on it, and rest is ATM withdrawals. What sucks, is this was probably from someone he sued for being racist or some crap. And all he wanted was to spend it like hes a rich man...

again, not being racist, im just telling it like it is. i've got a friend that is black and he quotes " Im lookin for a new job...do you know anywhere where you get paid really good and don't do anything?"

And i hate the term racist I truely do because I have black friends and mexican friends and so on. We crack jokes at each other and it often goes to the racial side pretty fast No buddy gets butt hurt its all in fun The all work pay their taxes and have civilized lives

But what gets me are the ones out to make touble to cause a racial stir of things
aand its sad it even boils down to kids in elementry school
kids at my kids school think its ok to act ghetto and already have racial bias its really kinda sad

This is the same as a guy i know (he is 40 and thinks he is 20) He is claiming workers comp for a bad back, yet he does side jobs under the table. He drinks it all up and has a boat and toys and all that ****. I would rather go in sick than stay at home. Racism, workers comp, social security, HEALTH INSURANCE! was all created for people that really need it. But it seams we have more abusers than we have people that need it.

This agree with, he knew what he was doing.. Wouldnt be suprised if he planned it. Sadly there are alot of people in the world like this. Sucks your dad got fired because of someone. Its reverse racisim at its finest. They can do it and get away with it. If some white guy tried to claim someone was beign racist.. they would get laughed at.

i being a white male can not qualify for medical aide in cali but and ilegal from across the border can something is way ****ed up there

my wife has been in the welfare system at one time got her **** together and moved on and has and will always be paying into the system But when you can drive a escalade to a welfare meeting somethings ****ed up

its also pretty funny while out running errands some black dude asked if i was late to a clan meeting cause i recently shaved my head Pretty funny to me using stereotypes of whites is ok but you flip it and the **** hits the fan

The thug-victimized-no hope culture doesn't care what color you are. It's human nature to stereo type and make generalizations but that doesn't make it right. There are thug-losers of every color or creed. Just keep that in mind.
 
k... update. well come to find out this black guy was under investigation as well for the issue and he got caught dealin drugs. my dad still doesnt have a job but hes gettin unemployment and hes got a lawsuit as of now... the black dude went to jail. im done now. not mad anymore we at least got some sort of justice. but still my family doesnt need anymore bs.
 
It really comes down to parents not doing there mother ****ing jobs
its honestly turning into a **** world to live in if i had my way id move my whole family into the woods close enough to get supplys or go out to eat but far enough from drivebys and **** like that

Its really sad when you have to worry to let your kids play in the front yard or take a walk around the neighborhood

I dont blame any race for it but i do blame police (locally) for not giving a damn and every one who turns a blind eye to it like it isnt real
