• The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

So it's time for a smaller pulley.

I ended up finding a split spark plug wire at the coil, so I replaced them all. It definitely idles smoother, and I've only done one WOT run, and it only got 1.8* this time. My LTFTs still go pretty negative, but at idle they are right around -10%, so it helped, but didn't fix the problem.

Was starting to think you had given up, lol. Sounds like you'll be running rich if you get them zeroed out, then.

Hand's got full with retros and all the snow on the ground, lol. Only motor work I have planned now is the valve springs and retainers, for the rockers. After that, I'm not sure what to do except get a tuner somehow, lol.

Meh, that just opens more problems, like the transmission, lol. I have it beefed up a it, but I don't know if it'll take a I\C setup. That said, once I get to tuning my own stuff and tax season rolls around next year, I could see me doing something like a cam, turbo, or intercooler. I know it's damn near impossible, but I want a reliable setup, that can still be daily driven without any major problems.

While LTFTs is still on topic, how about on my aeroforce gauge I'm seeing +16.4 LTFT but my wideband is 11.1 AFR to 10.0 at no throttle cruising down the road. Now what sense does that make am I seeing a need for a new 02 sensor? I just don't want to waste time tuning my MAF if its my LTFT readings are wack and my wideband is fine. I didn't see that kind of rich condition on my wideband until I did one scan and did the MAF edit on eddies table editor for DHP lol. Never had this problem before.

Good news, bad news, and kinda good news. I just swapped over to L76 springs, Intense retainers, and Viton seals. Big difference. Feels much stronger through the RPM band. Small town, so I could only do 1 WOT run and it spiked to 4.5*ish (it was a graph) then dropped down instantly. This happened at the shift, so I'm gonna blame that for now, lol. Kinda good news is I'm looking into the AVT-852 box to setup DHP, so I hope to havea tuner before too long.

ER rockers, yea. I rarely actually drive it hard, but now I can when I want to. Crazy the difference they made. It does pull harder from ~4200 on, but the rest is just smoother.
