Turbo 3800. You'll surprise the living hell out of people when your "stupid v6" is runnin mid 11's without much problem.
 
you can also surprise the hell out of people when the cam, intake, headers, and tune in the LS is faster
 


If you get an F body with a V6 (understandable for mileage and insurance reasons) I would'nt mod the motor, just some nice rims and a stereo. No point in modding the V6 because it will still get stomped by a stock LS1.
3800 fbodys get worse MPGs then the ls1.
 
I'd get the fbody, if you can afford to. Seems like a car that would fit your style better, and you won't look back.
 


HCI LS1 is a pretty stout setup. Remember that Websters dictionary defines the word truth as LS1 (ell ess won) not tree point ate
 
I will mushroom stamp you if you buy a V6 Bird. V8 is the only option available for a bird. ESPECIALLY if you call yourself a man.
 


do NOT get a v6 rear wheel drive thats some puss **** unless your gonna pull it out and put a real motor in it but that would be just dumb since they come with lt1.. i think people that roll around in them v6s with there rims and bling and **** are d bags haha i smoke that shot with my 83 scottsdale with 8” lift and 38/12.5 swampers hahaha... but if u get v6 for mpgs id keep ur car cause gps are sick. DONT DO IT.... get a older iroc or somthing and build up a 383 stroker for your panty droper car and but a 2 wheel drive s 10 4cl for good mpgs and work truck as long you dont need anything with balls lol but if thats the case f#ck both of them and get a 96-99 dodge12 valve cummins with p7100 injection pump drop about $600 and youll smoke gtps and have a bad ass work truck that gets 20mpg i did that once it was a very fun truck and they come in a 5spd get that there auto suck b&lls.. i could keep going but......

A 3.8 5spd wouldn't kill gas, and its a good entry level rwd car that you can learn on, my bro's friend just got a 01 v6 bird, 38k, clean as fuk.
