Insane taxes corrupt as ****... Wifes got family in Tennessee whats the suckage there? Im in manufacturing and have a few certs so jobs for me arent to hard to find but anyone know about jobs out there?
Oh and dont say jobs are hard everywhere economy all that. Just lookin to see if anyone on the forum has somthing decent to say
 


def better than midwest imho. and def better than il. got family in georgia, theyre doing fine.
 
I got fam in georgis too nice place to live for the most part. I just cant justify paying these taxes like property because were the most corrupt state in the country. so were state shopping. I want North dakota to to cold for the wife
 
how much are your property taxes? When i lived in IN they were dirt cheap compared to where i live now.
 


Lets put it this way. My house isnt even 1,000 square feet on a small ass lot and its over $4,000 a year for property taxes. INSANE
 
mine is about that, but i live in the part of town with mysteriously high taxes. my house is 1100 square foot and i live on a 1/3 acre corner lot.

To me its just insane because no matter where you go around here even the s**thole areas its that high. Soooo hints Im state shopping.
 
I live in TN. I live in Memphis. i DO NOT recommend this city for anyone. We actually have some neighborhoods and areas that are considered 3rd world because of the poverty. But yeah, outside of Memphis TN is beautiful and a nice place to live imo. The south is awesome, people are nicer here :)
 
that is crazy where i used to live my house was 1100 sq ft in town and my property tax for a year was $350

My wife already said no way to anything by Memphis. Im lookin around Murfesburo. Pretty much a big cricle by Nashville. ALOT of jobs I could walk right into there. Its different than up here a bit of a time warp

They make it impossible for the average guy here. I know people a town or 2 away paying around 8 a year gor houses not much bigger

yeah i like the nashville area it's pretty to me. yeah, please dont live in memphis, this place is just awful and there's NOTHING to do here. and SO much racism and b.s.

I cant move to far into Tn anyway. I can do some mountains but not crazy lol. Illinois is wayyy to flat to make that change huge. When I was there last year the people are nice just matters where you go there kinda like 10 years behind us but thats anywhere outside of a big city. Pay is about the same here as out there too
 
Well I love the mountains and hills, I think you'd get used to it and love it. But yeah, I don't want to live in a city much smaller than Memphis ever, can't stand small minded back-woods people.

they were nice and all just wayyy different. I hate big cities but I think were just gonna try and be right outside nashville if we choose TN. Some of her fam is mountain people and holy hell odd
