i recently added an AEM meth kit to my GTnowP, i had to rearrange my intake setup to accommodate the nozzle. i didnt swap the pulley yet because i need to find the right belt so i can run a 3.0 with no intercooler. so the mods go as follows:
L32 bottom end,L36 heads,stock cam
TOG headers, 3inch catless zzp downpipe
ZZP SSM90 kit 3.25 GTP pulley setup
42.5 injectors
Northstar throttle body, LQ4 maf, custom HAI
1.8 yella terra roller rockers
fuel pump rewire, alternator rewire, voltage booster
AEM meth kit, with progressive controller
intense PCM with custom Tune Time tune
now base line with no meth was 239whp, 269wtq, this is on a mustang dyno, none of that dynojet nonsense
after adding the meth, and tune the car made 256whp, 301wtq
pretty respectable gain, considering i got the meth kit for practically peanuts. once i drop the pulley size the horsepower will come up. hopefully if the weather holds out i will be at the track december 4th to see what she'll do. of course id like to thank god, and the academy, and most importantly Tune Time.
